About Us

Design Ideas, Founded by Architect Paresh Padgaonkar, started its journey in 2001,with a focus on corporate interiors beginning with a variety of private sector & government sector companies. Later on the firm enhanced their expertise into Architecture, Interiors & Project Management. The firm has clients in Corporate, Engineering & Pharmaceutical Industry, Educational & Research Institutes, Health care & diagnostics Facilities and Residential Architecture & Interiors. Starting modestly in a small office set up in Mumbai, the firm has grown over the years & currently has projects all over the country with branch offices in Goa & Pune. The hallmark of Design Ideas has been the commitment to quality & value in service, which has helped us to win innumerable deign competitions & has also helped us retain our valuable clients since its inception.

Our design process

* Preparation: Including Character development, Case studies, Requirement finalization, Site study, Local area market survey.

* Incubation: Including exploring various options based on the parameters developed in the preparatory stage, weaving a common theme tying all the above parameters to suit the client expectations, function & aesthetics.

* Illumination: That stage when you reach the “Eureka” moment in the process of design & finalize a design as a culmination of the Incubation & the Preparation phase.

* Execution: Including the preparation of detail working drawings for Design & Services, Estimation, Project Scheduling, Tendering, Shortlisting of contractors, negotiating with the shortlisted contractors, Award of contract, Supervision & the Project Management of the work & finally closing of contract.

* After Sales: Conducting regular surveys for feedback from the client on completed projects for continuous improvement process in our services, and maintaining long term relationships in the process.
